I have purchased the full version of the program, where to download?
If you purchased the full version, please uninstall the trial version and install the application from the download link contained in your purchase confirmation email. Or you can login to your ArcSoft Account, then click Details to download your product in My Order History, click the link below to sign in.

It is highly recommended that you backup the download for your further usage as you might not download it again once the link expires.
I lost the original installation file/disc, where to download the program?
If you have lost the original download, we are afraid that you may need to purchase an Extended Download Service or a Backup CD. Please login to your ArcSoft Account, then click Details to reorder your productin in My Order History. Click the link below to sign in:

If you can’t find your order information in “My Order History”, Please contact (510) 440-9901 from Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 5:30pm PST to order a replacement disc. Please have your order number handy when you call.

You may need to contact your device manufacturer for a replacement copy if your ArcSoft program is an OEM version bundled with your device.
What do I do if I purchased a download version, but did not receive an order confirmation?
If you did not receive an email notification, first check your email’s spam folder. If the notification is not in your spam folder, log into your ArcSoft Account. Click the My Order History link to display details of your order.

If you still cannot find the order confirmation there or it has already been deleted, you can request a copy from our customer services via email.
Where can I find help in regard to my ArcSoft order/purchase?
Please go to: http://www.arcsoft.com/account/account_email_support.asp(you will be prompted to log into your ArcSoft Account). Once logged in, please select "I have a question about My Order " and provide the necessary information. One of our agents will be able to assist you.

*Please note: If you need techincal support, please choose 'I need Technical Support for my ArcSoft software'. Otherwise, your inquiry will not be answered.
Where can I locate my order status?
After logging into your ArcSoft Account, click the My Order tab to view the status of your order.
I’ve lost my access details/order confirmation. What do I do now?
After logging into your ArcSoft Account, click the My Order tab to view the status of your order.

You will receive your account login details and order confirmation by email after completing the online order process.

If you have lost this information or forgotten your password, you can request a copy of your order confirmation from AskNet's customer service department. Please provide us with your order and customer details before you submit your request via the Contact section of this page. Alternatively, you may also request your password online by clicking the Forgot your password? link.
What should I do if I cannot view my order?
In most cases, users can have multiple email addresses and have forgotten which email address they registered their ArcSoft account with. Contact ArcSoft’s phone support for help.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and check cards. We also accept Wire Transfer.
What is the Extended Download Service?
Software problems are often caused by system crashes, whether from a computer virus or a bug. In case you didn't create a backup of your hard disk, you risk losing your downloaded software. To avoid such a loss, you can protect your downloads easily with our extended Download Service. By purchasing the Extended Download Service, you are able to download your software again for up to one year from the order date.

Please note the following:

The Extended Download Service enables you solely to reinstall a replacement copy of the purchased software onto your computer.
The Extended Download Service is only applicable to software that has been purchased in conjunction with this service.
The use of the software downloaded in conjunction with the Extended Download Service is subject to terms, conditions, and restrictions of the End User License Agreement of the software.

How to use the Extended Download Service:

The Extended Download Service enables you to re-download the purchased software for up to one year from the order date. Please click the LOGIN-LINK that you received with your order confirmation e-mail. Enter your account data and enter the "Download" area. There you will find your software to re-download.
What is a Backup CD?
For a minimal charge, you can order a backup CD of your downloadable software. In the event that your computer crashes, your purchase is protected with the backup CD.
When will my credit card be charged?
If you purchased downloadable software, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. If you ordered a boxed version, your credit card is charged after the item is shipped.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
To obtain a copy of your invoice, first log into the ArcSoft Account and click the My Orders tab. Enter your information to access the order details of your invoice.
Has my order shipped?
To view the shipment status of your order, log into your ArcSoft Account and click the Customer Service tab. Click My Order History to see when your product was shipped.
Do I have to pay custom fees if I live outside of the United States?
Depending on the import laws of each country, custom and tariff fees may apply. Any extra fees are not collected by ArcSoft and we do not have any control over these fees.
Why do I have to enable cookies in my web browser?
In order to place an order online, you must have cookies enabled in your web browser. Please note that it is not possible to order without the use of cookies.

These cookies do not contain any personal data and are stored only temporarily in our web browser. The cookies will be deleted as soon as you end the session by closing the web browser.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order you can do so, provided that you cancel your order within the given time frame for the Right of Withdrawal/Revocation. For more details, please check the Right of Revocation/WithdrawalM section of the shopping cart for the store from which you have purchased or wish to purchase software.

You can then submit your request via the Contact section of this page. What we will need is your customer number, order number, email address under which you have placed your order, plus a short note explaining why you wish to cancel.

Our Customer Service team will then take the necessary steps to assist you.
