How do I share my media files on the computer?
1.Click the Settings 
icon located on the top right of the screen.
2.Click the Add button under the Shared folders option and navigate to the folders you'd like to share. Click OK.
3.To remove a shared folder, select the folder and click Remove.
How do I share my iTunes files?
Click the Settings icon and click the Import iTunes Library button. Your iTunes songs are added to the Shared Folders list.
How do I play media files located on my computer to my TV?
In order to stream your media files to your TV, the TV must be DLNA-certified. Look for the DLNA-authorized logo 
on your TV. To learn more about DLNA-certified devices, visit http://www.dlna.org.
To play files to your DLNA-certified TV:
1.Click the play to 
icon located on the bottom of the main screen. A tray view displays.
2.Drag the files you want to play into the tray. You can also add files by mousing-over the file and clicking the + icon. The files added to the tray will become a temporary playlist. The devices available to play the media files are listed below the files.
3.Click the TV device and the files automatically play on your TV.
How do I play media files from other servers?
1.Make sure that the desired servers are connected to the same router that has ArcSoft Link+ installed and they are in the same LAN. Connected servers are listed in the Link+ left panel.
2.Select a server and Link+ automatically searches and lists all shared folders.
How do I tell whether my device is DLNA certified?
1.Click here to check the DLNA certificated products. Enter the product name in the search box or select the device manufacturer from the Manufacturer list and click Search.
2.There are also some products which are DLNA compatible but can't be found from the DLNA website. You can check the product user manual or its vendor's website for more information.
3.The program Link+ can work with all DLNA compatible Server, Player, Controller and Renderer.
How do I control playback when playing files to my TV or other devices?
1.Click the Now Playing icon to view the devices currently playing files.
2.Select the file and use the controls to pause/stop a file, play the file to another device, adjust the volume, and more.
How do I view my songs?
From the All Libraries panel, click the Music title to view your songs by Album, Artist, and Songs.
What's the difference between the mini controls in the left panel and the controls on the Now Playing screen?
Use the mini controls for files playing on the PC. The controls on the Now Playing screen can be used for files playing on the PC and files on other servers.
How do I view files that were downloaded and their downloading status?
To view downloaded files, click Downloaded in the left panel. All downloaded files are displayed.
You can select several files to download at once. Click the Downloading icon 
, displayed next to the Download arrow, to view their status.
When would I use the right-click menu?
Use the right-click menu to preview, play, download, or add your music files, videos, and photos to a playlist.
How do I create and edit a playlist?
To create a playlist:
1.From the left panel, click the plus icon 
in Playlists. A tray view displays.
2.Drag the files you'd like to add to the playlist into the playlist panel.
3.Enter a name for the playlist in the text box and click OK.
To edit a playlist:
1.Click Playlists in the left panel to display all of your playlists.
2.Mouse-over the playlist you'd like to edit and click the pencil icon 
. You can also right-click the playlist and click Edit on the pop-up menu.
3.From Edit mode, you can change the file order, add/delete files, and edit the playlist name.
How do I use WiDi?
WiDi is a display connection technology that allows you to extend the laptop screen to the TV.
WiDi requirements include:
WiDi Hardware: Your laptop must run Windows 7 with the Intel SandyBridge platform, equipped with Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6200/6300/1000 wireless network card. It also needs a WiDi wireless adapter connected to the HDMI display.
WiDi Software: Install Intel WiDi2.0 or 3.0 which is available from Intel.
To use WiDi:
1.Launch the WiDi software to check whether it can detect a signal and connect to the HDMI display.

I don't see my NAS/TV displayed. Why?
Since a connection cannot be established between devices in different networks, make sure your NAS/TV is in the same network as the device installed with ArcSoft Link+.
What are the requirements for SimHD and how do I enable this feature?
SimHD technology brings low-resolution videos to near high-resolution quality. The requirements for SimHD include:
Use an AMD graphics card, such as AMD Radeon 3000.
Video resolution must be lower than 720x576. HD videos cannot use the SimHD feature.
Videos with .avi, .wmv and .asf format cannot use SimHD.
To enable SimHD:
1.Click the Settings icon located on the top right of the screen.
2.Check the Enable ArcSoft SimHD during transcoding checkbox. Click OK.
