Convert FLV to MPG

Step 1Choosing the Input Video File to be converted

Launch ArcSoft MediaConverter in standby mode at your computer.

Click on the "Video" icon on the left panel of the software below the label "Source" to select the desired FLV input Video file.

Select the desired FLV Video file from the dialog box. Make sure that you select the video file that you want to convert in MPG file formats.

Choose your own preferences:

This advanced and fully automated ArcSoft MediaConverter also offers an opportunity to edit the preferences in the input FLV file selected before final conversion. To edit the preferences in your video file, a icon is offered on the input file dialog box.

Click the icon to open a dialog box with a number of preferences to choose from. The screenshot below shows the options available to edit your video file before editing.

Once you have decided and checked the preferences in the check box, click "OK" to save.

Step 2Selecting the Desired Mobile Compatible File Format

1.From the right top corner of this software, click on icon to choose the output file format.

2.You will get a dialog box with title "Select Output".

3.Now select the available MPG from the thumbnail list of the formats given in the dialog box. You may also search the specific format by using the search bar.

4.Click on X to close the window if want to pause or fully abort the operation.

Step 3Start the Final Conversion

Once you have selected both the input FLV file and output MPG file from the software, you can now execute the final conversion process with highly acclaimed ArcSoft MediaConverter.

1.To convert the FLV videos into MPG video format, click on "Start" button at the bottom right corner of the software.

2.A process bar starts running on the interface to show the percentage of the execution done at a given point of time.

3.You may click on the "Pause" alternatively to stop the process abruptly.

Once conversion is finished, a message of task accomplishment is displayed. Now you are ready to enjoy your favorite video tracks and videos in your favorite mobile in the mobile supported format.
